1. Service Overview
LinkViewer (the "App") is a document viewer app for reading text, PDF, and ePub files, available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
2. License
The App is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App's source code.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- The App is free to use with ads.
- A Pro subscription removes all ads.
- Pro subscriptions support Apple Family Sharing, allowing up to 6 family members to share one subscription.
- Subscriptions are available as monthly or yearly plans. A 2-week free trial may be offered for first-time subscribers.
- All payments are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled in Apple Account Settings.
4. Content
The App is a viewer that displays files imported by the user. Users are responsible for the copyright and legality of the files they open. The developer is not responsible for user-imported content.
5. iCloud Sync
The App syncs reading positions via Apple iCloud. The availability and data retention of iCloud is governed by Apple's policies. The developer is not liable for loss of sync data.
6. Disclaimer
- The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
- The developer is not liable for data loss, device malfunction, or other damages resulting from use of the App.
- App features may change without prior notice.
7. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as needed and will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. 구독 및 결제

4. 콘텐츠
앱은 사용자가 직접 가져온 파일을 표시하는 뷰어입니다. 사용자가 열어보는 파일의 저작권 및 합법성에 대한 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다. 개발자는 사용자가 열어보는 콘텐츠에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
5. iCloud 동기화
앱은 Apple iCloud를 통해 읽기 위치를 동기화합니다. iCloud 서비스의 가용성과 데이터 보존은 Apple의 정책에 따르며, 개발자는 동기화 데이터의 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
6. 면책 조항
- 앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 어떠한 명시적 또는 묵시적 보증도 하지 않습니다.
- 앱 사용으로 인한 데이터 손실, 기기 오류 또는 기타 손해에 대해 개발자는 책임지지 않습니다.
- 앱의 기능은 사전 통지 없이 변경될 수 있습니다.
7. 약관 변경

本アプリは個人的・非商業的用途に限り使用が許可されます。本アプリのソースコードの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、配布は禁止されています。
3. サブスクリプションと支払い
- 本アプリは広告付きで無料でご利用いただけます。
- Proサブスクリプションで広告を削除できます。
- ProサブスクリプションはAppleファミリー共有に対応しており、最大6人の家族で1つのサブスクリプションを共有できます。
- サブスクリプションは月間または年間プランからお選びいただけます。初回登録時に2週間の無料トライアルが提供される場合があります。
- すべての支払いはAppleを通じて処理され、Appleの支払い規約が適用されます。
- サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の少なくとも24時間前にキャンセルしない限り、自動的に更新されます。
- 無料トライアルの未使用期間は、有料サブスクリプション購入時に失効します。
- サブスクリプションはAppleアカウント設定で管理・キャンセルできます。
4. コンテンツ
本アプリはユーザーが持ち込んだファイルを表示するビューアです。ユーザーが開くファイルの著作権および合法性についての責任はユーザーにあります。開発者はユーザーが開くコンテンツについて責任を負いません。
5. iCloud同期
本アプリはApple iCloudを通じて読書位置を同期します。iCloudサービスの可用性とデータ保持はAppleのポリシーに従い、開発者は同期データの損失について責任を負いません。
6. 免責事項
- 本アプリは「現状のまま」提供され、いかなる明示的または黙示的保証も行いません。
